Mind, Body & Song is Jade's second album. Unlike their first album, this one showcased the group's voices in a new variety of genres. They exhibit a similar sound to female R&B group escape by placing gospel into the mix on their acapella hit, "When Will I See You Again?". The reason they were known as one of the best female contemporary R&B groups is due to their modern romantic ballad and lush, bouncy funk on their tracks. This album was so good that they were compared to En Vogue, thanks to the way they conveyed a fervent, sophisticated band of sensuality. Jade was a music group who had a short career, but they made a large impact on the world of R&B.
